The HomeQuest Wordpress IDX plugin creates an interactive map which includes listings from your local MLS, as well as relevant content input via blog posts that can be displayed on the map alongside the listings.
The plugin creates custom Wordpress shortcodes based on your input that can be embedded into posts, pages and even as sidebar widgets. You can create property searches based around specific areas on the map, neighborhoods, zip codes, school boundaries (where available) and even custom searches based on whatever criteria you input.
The plugin is bundled with the full version of HomeQuest the most advanced IDX back end software available. HomeQuest’s real estate software package includes a full agent MLS search interface, a client listing viewer, a client database manager, the ability to send personalized follow up messages and an easy agent website builder.
